Can someone help me with a glitch on Chapter 3 (investigation)?

In chapter 3 Byakuya won't show up after I leave the nurses office. I have tired to restart chapter 3 again, but the same thing happened. And I was just wondering if this happened to anyone else, and how to fix it.

Maybe there's something else you haven't investigated yet. Often, these triggers are not about you doing a specific thing, but instead doing all the things available to you.

This is my experience as well. You have not been everywhere or not looked at everything. The order, as far as I know, is not that important.

Even if the order is not important I have tried searching it up. It says I did it in order and have everything to move on. Just to double check I played it to make sure I had everything and looked at my truth bullets, and it says I have everything to move on to the next part still.
