I can't play Sayakas dvd

I have gone into the av room like 100 times but it doesn't say anything about playing it

if the game says u have to find the dvd, go in Sayaka's room and look in the trashcan, the dvd's there. Now go to the room (the room where u play the dvd's) And click on the counters. Hopefully that's helpful
