stuck in library | chapter 2 investigation

i'm stuck in the library while investigating. this is the part after you've talked to sakura, and examined both locker rooms. you're supposed to check out the lamp in the library. i've checked out the lamp, and everything else in the library but i can't get out of the room. also, i'm not sure if it's supposed to say something different, but when i click on the lamp it only says something about byakuya and the extension cord missing. i don't know if i'm missing something or not, but could someone please help me?

also, i need to add that i checked my truth bullets, and the "lamp clue" (the one regarding the extension cord and lamp) had been added. i'm not sure if this is just a glitch, because nothing popped up about "adding to the truth bullets section" when i examined the lamp

Check out the door at the back of the library and investigate that little room that should do it

i've done that already and checked everything in the archive room, but nothings happened :( i think it's just a glitch in my game, but i'm not sure

actually, it did work! i didn't investigate one of the bookcases. sorry for the trouble

Edit - I have the Library Desk Lamp truth bullet, yet I can’t leave the room. I doubt this, but I think it’s because I’m on Mac lol
