the other games luckily come with hints if that helps
This one comes with hints as well? Just click on the ? mark in a circle (the empty panel) and you get a small hint. And tbh the WORST one was that damn poster in chapter 2, I literally failed like 7 times bc I didn't notice the 2 pictures were slightly different.

I like them for the most part because it helps you put everything together and look at the "big picture" instead of just individual events.
I didn't know you could click the question marks. I remember reading about it, but I accidentally pressed a button and didn't get to read it completely, and I didn't need it during the first chapter, so I did without it. Maybe that would have saved me this frustration.
I also learned that failing is not actually a game over. I was pressed for time though so when I failed, I just ragequit the game thinking I didn't have time to go through all of that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ again. When I did it again, I fast forwarded through the conversations, which helped a lot, but it was actually still quite long just holding down fast forward. I also died because I forgot one of the questions so that let me learn that there is no real game over.
