Joke aside, I would say it depend on which aspect. I couldn't say there is really a ONE best girl, personally.

But as it is, here would be my list :

1st game : Aoi : She's cute, she's nice, supportive and optimistic. And, yes, she got boobs... She's just blatantly stupid on times, but that's really the only negative I see in her.

Junko: Yep, Junko. Definitively not a waifu or anything viable since she's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ crazy, megalomaniac psychopath and irresponsible ... but, when you get to know more of her backstory, you understand that she's an extremely intelligent girl, bored and used from life because, ironically, her extrem skill of analysis made everything predictable and therefore boring to her driving her to madness in the end... And she got charms.
So not best girl at all, but special mention for being one of the best written character.

2sd game : Mikan : I could go with Chiaki, like everyone else, but she's the too obvious choice. Chiaki being clearly designed to be the waifu dream of gamers, geeks and nerd.
I like Mikan because she's so adorable in her genuine clumsiness, even though it can be annoying on times. Her very attentionate and caring behavior, as well as her innocent-like kindness made her very adorable. Her talent is also extremely useful and she basically save the day on the spinoff anime (for those who watched them). Without her, many characters are simply as good as dead. Also, despite her innocent behavior, the girl is clearly "into it" which makes her even more interesting... lol...

Chiaki : Also her, because, whatever i said just before, she's still a really awesome girl with really just NO negative side at all. She's nice, she's smart, she's skilled, she's cute... Maybe she's a little bit too absent-minded on time? But that hardly qualify as a real defect.

V3 : Kaede : She's everything you could hope from a nice character while still being pretty normal. Also, artist women are top-tier girlfriend (for the waifu aspect...) The game focusing on her character development also help greatly to makes her shine, obviously.

Kirumi : She's probably the most literal version of perfection (taste on her physical appearance aside). Aside being maybe a bit cold on surface, she's literally perfect. There is nothing Kirumi can't do, and everything she does is made with excellence. She's so dedicated, devoted, brave, and always nice that in the end she barely sound human, ironically... lol

Miu : I'll go straightforward and say it, she's actually my actual favorite girl of all. Yes, she's a total perv and naughty girl. But I won't lie and pretend...i'm very fine with it and I genuinely laughed at her innuendo, even the most vulgar ones... At least she's not acting all uselessly prude like many others listed above... She's also genuinely good looking whether you see her as just a slut or anything. Then, you consider that her attitude is mostly a facade and she's not really the agressive and mean ass she acts on some times. She's just insecured to be left alone. And I can understand well that. Also... despite everyone calling her pig / slut / stupid ♥♥♥♥♥, everyone just forget that Miu is basically a genius and that none of them could achieve her level of actual intelligence in skill... Who's smart enough to invent all the tools they all so need during the game ?... None of them, but Miu... And yet she's mocked and called stupid (even by the one girl who pretend to be a magician and the kid who's just a glorified liar...*cough*)

So yeah! If I REALLY have to rank them, i would maybe go...

1st : Miu
2sd : Aoi / Kaede (equally)
4th: Mikan
5th : Chiaki / Kirumi
6th : Junko
