Does Anyone Use the Japanese Names?
This might be a silly question, but I've found myself confusing others by using the Japanese names of certain characters, specifically my spellings of Touko Fukawa and my use of Genocide Jill/Jack's Japanese name, Genocider Syo. Should I just use the English names/spellings? To my knowledge, Touko's name is respelled as Toko and, as I said, Syo is Jack/Jill. I would love your thoughts and comments on this.

Not many people use Jack/Jill in the community as far as I'm aware

In my DR fan fics, I use Toko/Genocider Sho. Weird, but eh. It works for me I suppose.
the only difference between touko and toko is that english doesn't differentiate between the sound of toko/touko because vowel quantity doesn't exist in english (like in Japanese and many other languages). so touko vs. toko blatantly isn't a name change, but a romanization difference. (in other words, it's not a matter of one or the other being a "more Japanese" spelling, it's purely a matter of rendering the sounds in English differently.)

i like genocide jack/jill better personally.

I prefer to spell it Toko and I call her Genocider Syo, but it doesn't really matter what people call her.
