Waiter not taking trays to tables

This could definitely be a user error issue in that I might not be placing the tray in the right place, but my waitress doesn't move to take them to tables. I've put the tray on the front counter and on various counters in the kitchen, but she stays in her corner. She's also assigned as a waiter. I double checked the staff screen on the computer.

Pizza is on a serving tray, cut and topped with basil. The ticket is also on the tray, showing the table number. She just wont move. I even rang the bell for her, no luck, lol.

you have to move your cursor on the tray till you see E, then press E and your server will serve it

I did that and it worked but not every time. She just stands in the front and when I hover over the tray and press E nothing happens... just twice out of 9 orders.

Oh thank you for this! I just kept ringing the bell over and over and I couldn't figure it out! haha
