How do you find the IP of your Hosted Stardew Game?

Question is above. I try to have my friend, who lives with me so we're on the same network, enter my connection's IvP4 address but it doesn't work.

If your friend is on the same network he should be able to see it right away with join Lan game. Else you can just invite them through the steam/gog invite system.
