can´t see the game anymore :c

I used to play with mods, but deleted everything (mods and the game) bc the game wouldnt start. now, just the game without any mods, will boot up, but i wont see anything on the screen, its all black and says my scrren cant find a video anymore. i searched already in the internet, but none of th tips and tricks seemed to help :(

Is my game file somehow corrupted?
