Tub O' Flowers not re-spawning in Spring/Summer.

Is anyone else having the issue where the item "Tub O' Flowers" is not re-spawning in Spring/Summer?

I know the flowers disappear in Fall/Winter, but the next season, they should be back in the tub. I noticed if there were a few people on Reddit experiencing this, and was wondering if this was a widespread issue. I do not use any mods, so I am thinking this is some kind of bug in the game.

I have tried picking up and replacing the tub and waiting the next day, but it doesn't grow. When buying or crafting a "bloomed" tub, it is fine, but as soon as it goes through the season change, it will not re-grow. Anyone else having this issue?

I'm having the same issue, but not for all of my Tubs. The majority of them respawn just fine in Spring/Summer, but I have one that refuses to come back to life. I'm not sure if this is an update issue, or if it was always like this and I never noticed before.
