Can't access Sterlings house in East Scarp

I deleted all my mods then reinstalled only the necessary ones with east scarp, always raining in the valley and sunberry village. trying to get heart event 5.5 I'm at 6 hearts, it says cooper house 9am-12am any season any weather. It doesn't give me the hand icon to go into the house, nothing, no option to access at all. Has anyone had this problem and resolved it?
