Xbox Controller no longer working with new update
xbox controller is connected and able to begin to run the game, but not able to input anymore in the game

Same here. Amazon Luna Controller stopped working. Other games work without any issue.

note: I was able to resolve the issue by disabling 'Steam Auto Keymapping', apparently Steam was setting my controller wrong for Stardew Valley only

For the Xbox controller, disable Steam Input. For all other controllers, you'll probably have to wait.
