[BUG] Impossible Prismatic Butterfly

I have the Statue that gives you one random blessing a day and today it gave me the Prismatic Butterfly. I found it, however it seems the butterfly is stuck OoB just above the Quarry and right of the Adventurer's Guild. It is not moving to a position to where I can actually collect it, too far right of the walkable terrain by the Guild and too far OoB north of the Quarry. Was waiting for a few hours in-game time and this seems like a pattern. Maybe fix this so the butterfly can only spawn in a handful of reachable locations?

oh wow, I wonder if that's what happened with my most recent butterfly, I couldn't find it but I wouldn't have checked somewhere like that while roaming.

Screenshot of an impossible butterfly on the town map. It only moved left/right, and wasn't moving far enough to where I can reach it on the path up to mountains:

I left the town and returned, and the butterfly was now in the playground area and accessible.
