Racoon will not accept any other quality periwinkle than normal

I'm starting to get silver quality fish from my crab pots, which is nice. But the racoon wlll not accept silver quality periwinkle, so I am stuck on this quest for as long as it takes for my cat to give me 4 more normal ones. ^^

Nvm, I just read in the wiki that Deluxe Bait is what governs quality.

It shouldn't care about quality as long as all five mussels are coming from a single stack.
If it does somehow - probably that's a real bug indeed.
