EDIT: nvm I have a different bug. I picked up the 'greet everyone' quest only because it gave a prize ticket. But waking up on the last day for the quest, the quest log doesn't mention the prize ticket reward at all. Losing my mind rn, I played through this day three times before realizing this. I'm going to eat my whole computer.
I think this bug is specific to the 'greet everyone' quest, because literally the day before this I gave Penny a flounder on the last day of her help wanted quest and got my ticket normally. Maybe there was a weird code interaction because I woke up with the prize ticket in my inventory?
Only one of two will give a ticket as a reward - the one you'll complete first. Remaining quest will only contribute towards next ticket reward.
It's a UI problem - it erroneously states that ticket is given for quest completion, not for doing three quests.
Oh, yes, and in-game quest journal never mentions tickets as rewards - since for small board rewards are tied to completed quest counters and for big board tickets are issued through stand-alone ticket machine next to that board. I. e. tickets are not issued through game's default quest rewards mechanism so tickets won't appear in reward description.
If some mod would add tickets as rewards for quests explicitly, these'll appear in rewards section in journal though.
This UI really needs some love.
