Fishing Sound Bug

I am playing the iPad version in Fullscreen using a Dualshock 4 Controller. I am able to recreate this bug, but not consistently. Sometimes, when fishing, the buzzing noise the fishing rod makes will continue after the fishing minigame ends. It has happened once or twice during the day, but seems to be far more likely while fishing after dark. The only way to stop the noise is by closing and reopening the game. When it happens late at night, it's easy to just finish up and go to bed, then restart the game. However, on the occasions where it happens during the day, I'm forced to choose between relieving the sensory issues the constant buzzing sound causes or preserving my progress for the day.
