Multiplayer Crashed and Save is gone

I was playing multiplayer with my sister when it crashed when the day was saving (we're about half way through fall year 1) and the farm is gone and unavailable/missing to both of us. I'm not super tech savy and she started playing about a week ago so anyone who can help would be a huge help!

The save is likely still around in the save folder itself, though it may have been corrupted; it's potentially recoverable if the file still exists in the save directory.
Assuming you're on Windows - search for %appdata% and click the folder that comes up, then go to the Stardew Valley folder. In the saves folder, if you can see a folder with your character's name, the save still exists and is simply corrupted in some way. There's no guarantees that it's fixable, but it's a start.

The save is still in the folder, im an idiot though with files and i keep trying to fix it how i saw online but it doesnt seem to be working.but it IS still there

Make a copy of the folder and put it on your desktop, so you have a backup just in case you mess up the next step - then delete the files that don't end in .old, and rename the two that do end in .old to remove the .old. This should make the save show up again, though you may lose a day of progress.
