Bug: Recipe by mail not received

On Monday, the 15th of winter, year 2, I received one letter from Lewis teaching me Eggplant Parmesan without any issue. I received a second letter from Demetrius (with whom I have established two hearts) saying that he was including one of his favorite recipes, but the name of the recipe was not at the bottom of the letter where the recipes usually appear in such letters.

To make sure it wasn't just a bug in the display of the message I took the following steps:

1. I reloaded the day and took screenshots of my learned recipes from the kitchen before checking the mail.

2. I checked the mail, and the exact same series of events occured, i.e. received Lewis's recipe ("you learned" message displayed correctly) and did not receive Demtrius's recipe ("you learned" message did not display).

3. Went back to kitchen and compared screenshots of old pre-mail-check cooking list with new post-mail-check cooking list. Results: Lewis's recipe was added to the cooking list. No other recipes appeared, so I can only assume that Demeterius's recipe was not received and so the bug is not just the message but actually prevents the recipe from being learned.

I'm having the same issue - Shane sent me his first recipe in the mail and there is no indicator that the recipe has been learned, and when checking the stove the recipe has not unlocked.

I've tried doing the solution offered by Aurura which is leave the letter in the mail box for a day and sleep on it - but the next day the issue did not fix itself.

I think mine may have bugged because I received multiple letters in the mail, but cannot confirm.

I'm afraid to move forward without unlocking - has anyone ran into a fix or have a way to unlock this at another time?

Me too! i moved forward a day without realizing i didnt learn it, so im basically stuck without the sashimi recipe :(

edit: a few days later i recieved the same letter only this time i learned the recipe (and checked i did!)

I got the same issue, received a letter from emily with the salad recipe, didn't learn it though
