Can't get any new upgrades/buildings from Robin?

I had gotten the first house upgrade and a Chicken Coop fine, but after finishing the Coop, she only sells me furniture. I know there is still another house upgrade and I really wanted to build a barn among other things, but she is not giving me the option to :(

I'm having the same issue, it's frustrating :/ Not seeing anything about it in the discussions.

A friend of mine was able to fix the problem using some kind of save editor, but it's such an awful issue :(

I finally figured it out, for me at least I was being silly and didn't see the arrows under the picture of the building :| Not sure if that helps you or if you are actually experiencing a bug but figured I'd share.

I couldn't even see the buildings when I had the bug--only furniture. Like I'd talk to her and only the furniture menu would come up because she acted like I already scheduled a building when I didn't after my coop was finished.
