[BUG] No event with Sam at 10 Hearts! (on a rainy day)

Just reached 10 hearts with Sam, got a letter the next morning asking to meet Sam in front of his house after dark. Gone back and forth from 5pm,6pm,7pm all the way to 12am (1 hour inteval) with no such event occuring!

Waited near Leah's house until 4pm and started going east to the town at 1 hour interval until midnight, with no event occuring, even tried to go in Sam's house and no such luck.

Problem might be the weather, in my game, it was a stormy and rainy tuesday (year 2 spring)... might be preventing the event taking place? i dont know. Can't check if the next day the heart event is repeatable or not, fearing that i might miss this one event :(

please fix...

ignore this, event is repeatable. Does not occur on rainy days, but will occur the next day on a clear and sunny day :)

so does it happen the day after you get the message when its next clear and sunny?
