Only "walking" when "running" diagonal with the Xbox360 Controller Stick

When i control the char with the left Stick it automatically runs (instead of the D-Pad, where the char only walks) - when I try to move diagonally with the Controllers left stick though the cahr only walks ("Auto Run" can fix the issue, but I still consider it a bug).
