Constant Clicking glitch? Anyone else?

Seems to happen after I water plants, but cound be caused by any tool usage. After it starts my avatar clicks constantly, and wont stop. if i move it pospones it, and if i click repeatedly i can get it to stop until i click a tool to equip it. ive tried controller and mouse. will go way if you close the app and load it back up but its a constant battle.

I too have this and it's so annoying . It may be the mouse I/you are using, but may also be the game. The way it happens to me is slightly different, after 2 (in game) days of this happening, on the third day I wasn't able to click to get it to go away. I am getting a new mouse soon, so once I do ill update you on if it is or isn't still happening.
It's reassuring that someone else was getting this, and that it isn't just me going crazy because of it. It's so bad that half of the game's mechanics are unusable and since it's been staying I haven't been able to/wanted to play the game.

I read some more on the glitch that we are expiriencing and it seems to be caused by clicking and scrolling at the same time. After being more carefull i havent had the problem since then. (Knock on wood.) But thanks for the reply, and i hope the new mouse fixes your gameplay. Good luck! :) let me know if you still have this problem.

I'm having this problem as well. It is not my mouse. It worked fine when I played earlier, but has been glitching the last two times.

I am having this for a long time and reported this back then already but well, now the game is rendered unplayable for me, I started my game a dozen of times just now and every time I sheer and sheer and sheer with my sheers, er clip I mean... obviously I am not amused

So do you know of a way to stop the glitch from happening after it has already started?
(Edit) Haven't gotten the mouse in yet, but it has been ordered. Started playing just not and it will act as if i'm pressing the LMB constantly (with everything other than Sword+Sickle) but also the RMB constantly :(

I just had this glitch, hit cnt+alt+del to exit out of the game, and then exited to Taskmaster to return to the game and it solved the glitch for some reason. YMMV.

I had the issue try going into your menu and changing the key to the use items and then switch it back solved the problem for me!
