Stuck moving left or right

Sometimes I will be stuck moving left. I can still move up and down and use my tools and everything else but I cannot stand still or move right. I am able to move right if I hold the walk button but not always. Sometimes this goes away (I spam random buttons sometimes which might be what does it but it could just be a coincidence) and sometimes it doesn't and I need to restart the game. I think this happens after I Alt Tab but im not sure.
Edit: Just found out it happens for moving to the right aswell, possibly up and down too.

Sorry if this is a dummy question, but it's something that everyone forgets to check: Do you have a controller plugged in that you're not using? Maybe one that's laying upside down on the floor beside you, with the joystick pushing one way or the other?
