Linus' Basket

I recieved the quest to find Linus' Berry Basket. At first I thought I was to bring him a Blackberry and did so at 8AM. When the quest didn't finish I read it again and than began searching for the basket. By the time I found it and returned to Linus he was in his tent sometime after 8PM. At this point handing him the basket prompted me with the wrong person message and than I noticed I no longer had the quest at all. The next day I tried to give it to him again to the same effect. Not wanting the item any more I threw it into my trash.
