Oil of Garlic, craftabe or cooking recipe?

I got the Oil of Garlic recipe in my crafting tab but it won't higlight to combine with both items in inventory. I noticed the caption says 'cooking' so I moved to the stove. No cooking recipe on the cooking interface. Tried several combinations of placing the items in the freidge and in personal inventory with no luck.

At this point I cannot make this combine. Anyone got a clue how this is done or is this just one of those bugs that may get sorted out later?
