I lost statue of perfection

at morning day 1 Spring year 3 after Grandpa talk with me
I have 4 fire at Grandpa's tomb ,I received a statue there then I exit the game before end day and save ,later I back to the game go to tomb again but tomb don't give statue to me and I lost it forever T.T someone help me please
