The Obsidian Fridge glitch
So far I didn't find any mention of this online so I took the liberty to name it myself.

I am in my 2nd playthrough on a new save file and just unlocked the Obsidian Vase. After receiving the Obsidian Vase I could not put it down where I wanted in my house, the game would simply not respond to me putting it down. Then, when I did manage to put it down it instantly teleported in front of my fridge from the other side of the house where I tried putting it down. I am currently on the 1st house upgrade level where the fireplace is still in your bedroom and wasn't planning on upgrading it further because I like the fire place in the bedroom. That thing should not be in the kitchen.

Anyway, now the game doesn't register the Obsidian Vase anymore, I cannot remove it, pick it up, it is stuck in front of the fridge, I cannot break it with the pick axe or anything, but it DOES count as an obstacle somehow and I can never access my fridge anymore because it is right in front of it. I do not plan to upgrade this house any further so this is pretty gamebreaking for me because I'll never be able to cook. I slept a day because I hoped that would fix the issue but it didn't... and that obviously saved my game.

First I thought this was a controller glitch because very often the buttons get stuck (in game) but it wasn't, the cursor simply doesn't acknowlegde the vase anymore.

Does ANYBODY have any idea what is going on here?

I haven't the slightest idea what caused this, however, there may be a (moderately) easy fix. If you open up your save file, and ctrl + f search for obsidian vase, it should pop up immediately. Simply delete it and everything related to it in the save, and you should be able to fix it. You will lose the obsidian vase, though, unless you also edit it into your inventory.

Of course, back up your save file before attempting this.

Thx for the advice, I'm gonna try and see if changing the floor would fix it or throwing some other random object on it but if that does nothing I'll definitely do as you suggested.
