Fish on Ginger Island have no quality

Hey, I regularly have iridium quality fish anywhere else but on Ginger Island all fish are just normal quality no matter if I have a perfect catch or not. I use no mods.

They have quality when fishing in bubbles!

How far are you casting? If the bobber lands too close to shore, you'll only catch normal quality fish. And a perfect catch only increases the quality if it's silver or higher.

If that's not the problem, I would start by verifying your game files.

Thanks it really was the distance from shore. Caught quality fish in the ocean.
