Super zoomed out?

My game is super, super zoomed out for some reason. Not just the gameplay, but the title screen. And the windows are super small, such that I have to get right up in my monitor to see what's going on. I can zoom it back in, but that doesn't make the windows any larger. has anyone else had this problem? I've tried restarting the game, restarting steam, and so far nothing has worked. Any ideas? Thank you!

It sounds like the UI scale is set too low. It can be found in the options menu. If that doesn't do it, I would try checking the resolution.
