multiplayer connection failed

Hi everyone !

I already checked for solutions on internet and nothing is working for me. I am playing on a MacBook Pro with a friend and we had no problem since today. She is able to join me on my game (when I host) but I can't join her when she is hosting the game. Nothing has changed, we checked the parameters for the coop...

Any idea ?

Hello, it helps to know what you have tried, rather than stating that you have tried to find a fix on the internet because we don’t know what you have “attempted”.

I think you probably looked here, but if you haven’t yet, see if there were any steps missed:

As a rule of thumb, always remember that all computer drivers, OS are up to date, and verify integrity of game files using Steam: Go to Library, Right click on Stardew Valley game, Click on Properties, then Local Files. You should see a button named something like Verify Game Files.
