I can't add anything to cask

I made cellar and I see casks but I can't add honey,milk,fruit. I made more casks and put inside the cellar and tried to use them but still won't add my produce.

Huh? But why that link says any fruit, honey, hop, wheat, milk, goat milk as ingredient?

You need to process those in kegs/cheese makers beforehand. The cask can only process the artisan good, the chart just shows the unprocessed ingredient.

You're not supposed to put raw ingredients directly into the cask. You put raw ingredients into other artisan processors like cheese makers or kegs, and then put the processed products (cheese, wine, etc.) into the casks to upgrade them further, into higher-quality, more expensive products.
