Fireplace in House upgrade

I'm not sure if this is a bug, or if anyone else has come across this, but I've upgraded my house a couple times now and my fireplace hasn't moved. It was supposed to go in the bedroom in the first upgrade, and then to the kitchen in the second one, and it's still in the main area two spaces away from the wall separating the bedroom.

I don't think the fireplace ever moves on its own. But you can move it manually by left clicking it. You could also delete it, if you so desire. You can even add additional ones, which can be bought and then installed like any other piece of furniture.
