Crash when talking to Marlon.

In game, when I talk to Marlon in any situation, the mine cutscene or just in an event, the game freezes. I opened the game again and tried the same thing happened 3 times also if I play with my buddy and he triggers the mine cutscene and talks to Marlon the game freezes, but only for him when I play with him, same if I do it it freezes only for me.

This was on Windows 10 latest update as of 10.6.2018. 64-bit.

This is exactly the same to me... it doesn't happen in the adventurers guild though... so it probably has to do something with the npc itself, not the shop window.

Yeah doesn't happen in adventurers guild. Starting a new farm doesn't help still happens.

Also experienced a similar crash talking to him at the Luau. I'm on the latest beta update

it is currently happening to most people including me and my friend... in fact it happened earlier today to us both, i just hope they're fixing it

There is still a problem with this in the beta. I've experienced it in Multiplayer. Hope it's something that gets fixed soon.

I'm having this issue in all of my saves. Any time I try to talk to Marlon the game opens a blank dialogue box and then crashes. In one save I can't walk outside because there's a cutscene with Marlon that I have no idea what it's even about to go into my save file to change the cutscene to show I've seen it.

Everyone has the issue; just use the fix from the link and it won’t be an issue anymore.
