Initiation Quest for Adventurer's Guild disappeared!

I've seen a few posts about this already, has anybody found a fix for their co-op partners Initiation quest just disappearing? I completed the quest and can enter the guild, but my wife is blocked and now her quest is gone =/.

I have looked at those posts, but the xml formatting looks nothing like the current writing in the new save files :/

I have done it in the last 2 days, so maybe my mistake in documentation but its still working.

Yeah, I tried adding the quest back in, but no luck. We were on the combat map and I saw a lot of people having a similar issue, so we just started another farm (were still in the 1st season of this play through).
