Guest/Friend Tried Upgrading the house, Robin took money/wood but never did any work

I was hosting a multiplayer game and a friend was doing some wood collection, then went to Robin to upgrade the house, none of the cabins for guests has been touched and the money/wood is gone (10k gold and the wood for the kitchen upgrade). Went to Robin to try to see if it would just go after that, but no dice. So got robbed 450 wood and 10k (thankfully my farm is stiting pretty at 171k in summer of year 1 but still)

Robin won't appear the next day to Upgrade the Cabin like on the Main House. My friend also went to upgrade and she didn't appear on the farm at all. His Cabin still got upgraded though after 2 days (maybe it was 3). She will still go to upgrade the Main House though

Ok, so she will only appear for the Main house, so his cabin probalby will be upgraded in a few days in-game (haven't played that far out yet, as stopped the session till we could all get on again) Thanks
