Random things exploding around the farm...

Anyone else seen this?

A few game days ago, I heard a boom on my farm. At some point I went over by my greenhouse, and a bunch of cobblstone tiles were loose (I picked them up) and five lightning rods were missing. And just now, going into my greenhouse to drop off some stuff that needs planting, an explosion took out a sprinkler and knocked fruit off a tree next to it.

I know about the meteor (I got one last game-year), but I can't find any info on random explosions.

Maybe the spirits are stepping up their game?

I may have figured it out. I read a couple threads where people accidentally shot stuff with explosive ammo in the sling shot. I think I had it equipped in the main tool bar. I am pretty sure this is what happened in the greenhouse, and it is probably what happened to my lightning rods.

I have been making sure to move it off the main use slots, and haven't had a problem since.
