marnie 3 heart event bug
in fall, marnie give me a quest :give a cave carrot for her goat. fine, fine. i got a cave carrot in my chest. and jod also gave me a quest : bigmouth bath for dinner. so I go to the chest and pick up a cave carrot, then lake for fish. after i got one, i visit the marine's shop, the event scene is ouccr...and game crashed. it happend twice. WTF. I run my game as a beta. is THAT a problem?

Huh, it seems your game is somehow generating a negative length value. Try making a copy of your saves, then sleeping immediately upon waking up and then giving Marnie a cave carrot after you wake up the next day to see if it happens again. If it doesn't, it may just be the day, for whatever reason.

thank you so mush for helping. I fixed bug, but not the way you suggest me. I just turn of my korean patch cuz it creat shenanigan. change languge setting to english, and start a day.
marnie and jodie gave me a quest, I go there house put a cave carrot and largemouth on my hands this time. and it worked! I successfully done a day. I think 'put items on your hands' was a problem.

Yeah just ran into this error about an hour ago, have tried everything i can think of.
Weird how everyone is having this issue again all of a sudden.

same, have tried several times, with carrot in the bag, in the hand, noon, afternoon... all crashed, at the time when i turn to right and about to throw the carrot on the ground(my friend told me what would happen if goes rightly).

I also have this error. I have tried attempting to complete the quest the next day, but it crashes in the same place. I've tried completing this quest like five times now!

I have the multiplayer beta active, and I'm experiencing this error in a singleplayer save. I cannot find my error log, so I can't provide that unfortunately. I'd love to hear any other possible solutions!

I have test it, and it works fine.

Unzip the files in the folder: Content\Data\Events
Example: D:Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley\Content\Data\Events

There should be files there already with these names - overwrite those.
When the official patch is released, it should overwrite these files again.

Ich habe es ausporbiert, und es funktioniert einwandfrei.

Entpacke die Dateien in den Ordner: Content\Data\Events
Beispiel: D:Games\Steam\steamapps\common\Stardew Valley\Content\Data\Events

Dort befinden sich Dateien mit dem selben Namen - Überschreib diese.
Wenn der offizielle Patch erscheint, werden diese erneut überschrieben.
