Characters appear to be in double

Hi !
So, I have this problem right now...That's not a big deal, I can still play the game, but I like when it's totally clean and stuff.

I'm playing on Windows 10 - 64 bits, and my content BuildID is 1777447.
Because of the release of the 1.2 version, I downloaded SMAPI 1.10 and the mods which were updated or correctly working. Currently using the Better Ranching, CBJ Show Item Sell Price, Get Dressed, Happy Birthday, Museum_Rearranger, NPC Map Location, Enemies Healthbar, More Rain and Time Speed.

And since I did this, strange stuff happened ; Penny started to appear in double everywhere. In the friends list, there's a single "her", with 8 hearts, and a girlfriend "her" with 9 hearts. One day, as I was talking to her, there was one sprite standing in front of my character and talking, and another one heading for her destination...I was able to talk to the second "her" too and I had the same dialogue.

A bit creepy, but not that annoying...until the same thing happened to Gus. I didn't try talking to him while he was walking, but it would probably have the same effect. He appears in double in the friend list too. And now I'm afraid it might happen to other characters...
I tried to fix this by verifying the files of the games via Steam, but it didn't work...I also tried to check the files manually, and there's no file in double here. So I don't really know how to fix this.

I already tried to uninstall all of the mods (and even SMAPI), and then reinstall everything one by one to see if there was a problem in here, but it seems impossible to change now that it's here...They also appear in double if I try to play on the "normal" Stardew Valley, not the SMAPI one.

You have a clone invasion, your best course of action is to uninstall Stardew Valley, rip out your hard drive, and burn it.
In seriousness, all you have to do is go into your save and delete the secondary villager - this pastebin should help you out.
