NO CELLAR?

I was going to do the third upgrade to my house(the one adding the kids room) but it was listed as the cellar upgrade. Then, when I upgraded it, the kids room was added, but no cellar. When I go to robin, I can construct farm buildings, but I cannot upgrade my house. What do I do?

The only way I can think of to fix this is to manually set your house to max level, via save editing (and remove 100000 gold for the upgrade if you wish to do it as legit as possible). Look up some guides on save editing, most likely you will only have to change a house variable from 2 to 3, or something similar to that. I have no idea what caused the quest to skip, though.

I tried changing the 3's to 2's, which ended in no change. Then, I tried changing 2's to 4's, which just caused the exterior of the house to glitch out. Then, I changed back to 3's. It seems I'm having no luck.

This is the only value you need to change, I believe. Was this the one you were changing?

Then uh... switch the names of the upgraded farmhouse maps? Not a very good potential workaround, but it might at least work. Beyond that, I have no idea what caused this or why editing the save didn't work.
