Pierre sells cornseeds at 2 different prices

i have a save file in 1.6, and just gifted the missing stock list to pierre, now he sells all seeds. but in the summer section he sells the cornseeds for 150g, and in the fall section he sells the cornseeds again but for 225g. is this normal?

Since he now sells all seasons I assume he list corn seeds (summer) at regular price and corn seed (fall) with a different price because off season, even tho it's technically the same item.

He does the same with all crop seeds that grow on multiple seasons.

indeed for wheat it is the same but turned around, 15g per seed in the summer section and 10g in the fall section
