Its been delayed until tomorrow. The patch is corrupting save games and CA hasn't figured it out yet.

He said he is making coffee about 15 or so minutes ago. One of the MODS from the discord channel said it would be out in about 45 minutes (which they said that 20-25 minutes ago)

He is currently up, making coffee, and probably running last-minute checks to make sure things don’t go sideways before launching
