Flashshifter said they are updating SVE today to work with 1.6! :) CA gave some of the mod devs an advance copy of 1.6 to work on.

Wonder if that new town that the author has been teasing for the past like 2 years will be in the 1.6 update.

Silly question: do I need to update anything special to ensure stardew expanded has the new patch? Or is just doing a general update enough? My partner usually handles this end of steam and I dont want to bother them at work but def think I wanna start in expanded.

You will need to go to the Nexus and redownload the latest SVE version once it's updated to match the 1.6 update.
