Marriage mods

Hello.

I started playing Stardew not too long ago, and after finally getting married (my spouse is Sebastian), I found that the characters stop doing the things they used to do. I was a bit upset by this, and I'm wondering if perhaps some of you could recommend mods that would bring the characters back to their usual schedules or at least partially diversify their life on the farm. Thank you

I would hold off on mods at the moment. Tomorrow is update 1.6 and most mods will break and need to be updated for the update.

no most mods wont break, as it has been announced that over 40% of mods have already been updated, you will just need to update your files, and a lot of mods will still work as they are. The new update will be able to FIX some mods itself.
You can get a full list of compatible mods on the wiki.
NEXUS will even tell you which of your mods are waiting with updates available.

As for marriage mods, I have used them all. The old Multiple Spouses mod was great and did everything including enlarging the child room as big as you want. I fully tested out mod in great length, married ALL the marriage candidates over a 2 year period at the same time and had children with most of them. You can search the long post I did called RICH FARM SUCCESS, where I ended up with 21 spouses and 23 children all in the house at once. All of my spouses shared one very large crowded bed and each of the children had their own bed in one very long room.

However the mod creator decided to redo the marriage mod, and make it into several small mods instead of one large mod.
It is called FREE LOVE mod and am currently using it, In 2 years of play I married 8 spouses and had 10 children, The one thing missing is the mod does not (that I can figure) let you expand the children's room to allow for more beds. However you can place child beds anywhere, including in the spouse rooms that have space and the children will sleep in the scattered beds.
Hopefully the Free Love mods and those needed with it will be still compatible with 1.6,
