it's been killing meeeee.. it's the reason why i made a Steam account. i've literally never played a PC game in my life until now. but i was desperate to check out 1.6.

FWIW if you root the Switch you can play the PC release through Geforce Now.

I broke down and bought it on the pc today...so the update for switch should be out pretty soon knowing my luck lol

A big problem with making big software patches is distributing them across different hardware, troubleshooting issues, and dealing with the publishers.

Probably was not so much a good idea to make 1.6 so big and instead should have planned out set incremental patches that were pre-approved by cross-platform publishers.

Console players are going to be waiting for a while.
