Stardew Valley stuck on Running Install Script on Steam

So I've had this issue trying to run Stardew Valley after I bought it on sale, it would keep getting stuck on Running Install Script for Microsoft .NET Framework. The only way that i have so far been able to run it has been through opening the .exe file directly in the Stardew Valley folder. It's working perfectly fine, and I have a Shortcut posted onto my desktop so I can easily access it. Everything I saw in trying to fix this was by people on Windows 7 setups, and I have the latest version of Windows 11, and this game has been the only one I've gotten through Steam to give me issues like this. Figured I'd share this just in case someone else has an issue or perhaps there's something extra the community would like to add :)
