Moving farm buildings?

I'm playing co-op with a friend, we made some bad choices regarding building (chicken coops, stables, etc) placement and want to move them. Online I've seen people say that there's a dedicated "move buildings" button, but I'm not seeing it. I just see the paint, build, and cancel options. I've seen screenshots of it, so I know it's real, but the gui appears different. Did they remove it in co-op?

I never played coop, maybe only the host can move the buildings?

In coop the host by default is the only one who can move buildings. However there is an option he can choose to allow others to move buildings.

No, there is an option that can be clicked if the host wants others to have the ability to move buildings too.
