Mysterious red tiles

Hello.

I'm using the translate function, so it's possible that I'm not getting the exact meaning.

I am playing the steam version of the game with a controller, and suddenly a red tile appears on the cursor at all times.

When I click in the game with the mouse in that state, the tiles appear where I clicked even if I do not have the cursor aligned as shown in the image.

It's possible that it's corruption in the files of the mod or the game it's self. Have you modified any of the game files? I would consider making sure all of the necessary files are there and working.

Otherwise, I have no idea
