Same content. Different controls. Maybe different performance. If you want to play with friends then you don't need the additional costs that the console version brings with you.

PC version is modable unlike the Switch version.

Same game. PC is moddable but otherwise the same.

The only version of the game that is different is the mobile phone/tablet version, which is still 1.4 instead of 1.5.

I'd say we can use mods on PC, and as someone who used both versions, I sometimes struggled on the Switch because i had to properly align myself in front of something to interact with it, while I can use my mouse on PC and it takes less time to interact with crops especially ^^
