Leo's 6 heart+ schedule

So what exactly is Leo's schedule at 6 hearts and above? I looked at the wiki and the info there are completely different.

Thurs and Fri at Fall, I did not see Leo anywhere at the mountains or by the community centre, went to ginger Island to see if he was there and sure enough, there he is. Wiki says he is supposed to be at ginger island only on sundays and mondays.

Looked up on the internet and people are also complaining about the same thing where 6+ heart leo is always not seen outside of ginger island.
