The boats visor is water?

so it might be a bug but on ginger island Willy's boat is much more visible and it has that dark blue visor and you typically wouldn't look further into then that right. well its apparently water because fishing spots can appear on them now i wasn't able to actually fish on the visor though so maybe its not water but why else would fishing spots appear. are there any other instances where a fishing spot appears in/on a structure in the game?

guess thast not fishing spots but his way to animate raindrops on the windshield. you made all screenshots during rain.

i wish i had a video but it was 100% a fishing spot not rain drops because thats also what i thought at first ill see if i can get it to happen again in when its dry
